Darian Light

Redondo Beach, California

A Structured Course of Narrowband UVB

Medical light therapy (narrowband UVB), with individualized dosing, clinical oversight, and symptom tracking so you can see if you’re feeling and functioning better.

Narrowband UVB (NB-UVB) has been used for decades in dermatology for conditions including psoriasis, vitiligo, and eczema.

Who We Commonly Evaluate

Many patients seeking evaluation at Darian Light are already receiving medical care but continue to live with persistent symptoms, reduced function, or chronic conditions, including:

  • Autoimmune diseases
  • Long COVID or other post-viral illnesses
  • Chronic inflammatory conditions

Treatment includes off-label use of NB-UVB, meaning use for a purpose that has not been reviewed or cleared by the FDA.

Every request is reviewed by a licensed clinician to determine whether NB-UVB may be appropriate. Not every patient evaluated will be a candidate for treatment.

Request a Screening Call

Free, 10–15 minutes — to determine whether an evaluation is appropriate.

NB-UVB has well-described effects on immune activity and inflammation.

For these symptoms and conditions, treatment response is still being studied, so each patient’s response is measured throughout the course.

Measuring Response

We use standardized outcome measures and clinical check-ins throughout the course to track patterns, measure change, and guide next steps.

Fatigue • Brain Fog • Sleep • Quality of Life

Outcome measures are used for clinical monitoring and do not constitute claims of treatment effectiveness for any specific condition.
